Every incoming seed lot passes through vibratory separators, air classifiers, and de-stoners before a single gram enters the mill. Dust, stones, and debris are removed at the source — not managed downstream. Seeds are then graded by size and weight for consistent input quality.
Husk is separated from the seed core using controlled-impact stud mills — mechanical precision that fractures the outer coating cleanly without grinding the husk into fragments. The integrity of the fibre is preserved at this stage. There are no shortcuts here.
Gravity separators and precision air classifiers pull light husk away from heavier seed fragments. What remains goes through optical sorting — every discoloured or irregular particle caught and removed before the grade is declared. Purity at this stage determines the final husk content percentage.
For powder grades, purified husk enters temperature-controlled mills — heat buildup managed throughout to preserve natural colour and fibre integrity. No chemical bleaching or acid treatment. Output is sieved through calibrated micron screens to your specified mesh size. 40 mesh to 200 mesh — matched to your formulation, not estimated.
Every batch is lab-tested before packing — purity, moisture, swell volume, microbial limits, heavy metals, aflatoxins, pesticide residues. The COA you receive reflects that specific lot, not a generic standard. Optional independent third-party inspection available through SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek. Nothing ships until the numbers are confirmed.
QC-passed product packed in food-grade bags to your specified weight — 10kg, 25kg, or 50kg. Each bag weighed, sealed, and batch-coded. Container loading validated for temperature and humidity before doors close.
